I'm Evie — a lifelong history enthusiast who believes the past should be felt, not just read. Evie vs History began with a simple idea: that the real stories behind our greatest legends are far more powerful than the myths, and that they deserve to be told with care, accuracy and heart.

Every video is hours of research and painstaking production, crafting immersive, cinematic journeys through time. Part of what drives me is proving that thoughtful, modern storytelling can be done with genuine craft and respect — that it doesn't have to be lazy or careless, but can honour the people and events it portrays.

Above all, this channel is a tribute. To the warrior queens and forgotten soldiers, the medieval kings and ordinary heroes who did extraordinary things. From Boudica and Joan of Arc to the 109-year-old veteran who slipped quietly into history, I want their courage to be remembered.
